Absolutely awful food. I spent over £30 for it to all go in the bin. The curry was nothing but oil, and didn’t even taste of curry. Tasted so bland. Very disappointed and a waste of money.

After an hour and a half of waiting for our order I called to be informed that the food was ready - and sat under a hot lamp (nice) but it would be another 20 minutes or so, maybe, before a delivery driver came to collect our order. I informed the restaurant that I had very hungry children at home, didn't want to wait that long and didn't particularly want dried out food that had sat under a hot lamp for (at the very least) 40 minutes, and I asked for a refund. Was told that it wasn't possible (?!) after much discussion back and forth and asking to speak to the manager I eventually got a refund. The whole thing was ridiculous, and ended with a very disappointed child (and his friends) who's only request for his birthday was Indian food! Had the restaurant called to say it would be so late I could have ordered from elsewhere. As it stands - friends went home hungry and my son had beans on toast! Dine Bangla - please think of your customers, not just money!
